A blend of 68% Chardonnay and 32% Pinot Noir made in the traditional method with one third reserve wine and approximately two years on lees.

The maturity of the reserve wine brings a richness and depth, which layers beautifully with notes of fresh apple, citrus and stone fruit. The palate is enriched with fresh bread, nuts and leatherwood honey with a lingering and complex finish.
