Its prohibitively expensive to seal Sparkling bottles with natural cork. Which means, for most home-brewers you can either use plastic champagne corks or use these 29mm caps. 

Use these caps to seal Champagne and other 29mm bottles. MOST bottles use the standard 26mm caps, Champagne bottles use these. Please note, you will need a on your corker to properly attach these.
